Our guest speaker, Akeel Gaines is the Regional Director for the Small Business Development Center at Rutgers University - Camden. Prior to this position, Akeel served in the United States Army in multiple leadership, operations, and logistics positions for over 21 years. Most recently, he served as a Chief Operations Officer, where he served as an advisor to the Director in various aspects impacting operations readiness, including budgeting, strategic planning, and policy creation.
